Terms of Service

1. About the service

PetSitWorld (petsitworld.com, operated by Kirill Kulagin) provides two things: a directory where pet owners can find pet sitters, and an informational guide to travelling and relocating with pets. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. We are a directory, not a pet-care provider

  • Sitters are independent. We do not employ them, supervise their work or take part in the agreement between you and a sitter.
  • You and the sitter agree the services, price, payment and responsibility between yourselves. We do not take payments on this site.
  • A “verified” mark, a rating or a review is information we or others have provided; it is not a guarantee of quality or safety. Meet the sitter, ask questions and decide for yourself.
  • Sitters who use the application form confirm that the information they give is true and that they may offer these services where they live.

3. Travel information is not official advice

  • The travel guide, checklists and calculator summarise requirements of authorities (veterinary services, customs, ministries). Rules change and can have exceptions, so the information may be incomplete or out of date.
  • Each page shows the date the rules were last checked and links to the official sources. Always confirm the requirements with the official authority or your veterinarian before you travel.
  • It is not legal, veterinary or customs advice. We are not responsible for refused entry, quarantine, fines or costs caused by relying on the guide.

4. Taxi and transfer listings

We list pet-friendly taxis and transfers for convenience. They are independent services with their own terms. The “Verified by Founder” mark means the site owner personally used the service; it is an opinion, not a guarantee. The listings contain no paid placement or referral links.

5. Using the site

  • Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful or other people’s personal information, and do not use the forms for spam.
  • Do not copy the site in bulk, overload it or try to break into it.
  • We may refuse, unpublish or remove a profile, request or other content at our discretion, for example if it is inaccurate or abusive.

6. Content and links

The site’s own text, design and code belong to the operator. Sitters keep the rights to the content they submit and allow us to publish it on the site. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners. External links lead to sites we do not control.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from the conduct of sitters or other service providers listed on it, or from the information it contains.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date; using the site after a change means you accept it.

9. Contact
